Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Dispatch

• Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of placing order
• For custom/made-to-order items, 10% cancellation fee applies after 24 hours
• Contact customer support immediately to request cancellation

After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
• You may refuse delivery and return as per our Return Policy
• Return shipping charges may apply

Order Cancellation by MPK & BULLION

We may cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Delivery restrictions to your area

In such cases, full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
