We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Certificate and invoice must be included
- Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges within 15 days of purchase. You can exchange for a different size, design, or higher value item (with price adjustment).
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer
